Shipping Policy:

How long will my jewelry take to ship?

Since all of our jewelry is handmade in house, please look at the product description as some items are in stock but most items will ship within 7 business days of their order date. Special orders will take 3-4 weeks to ship, and should there be a delay we will notify you immediately

How is my order shipped?

All jewelry is shipped UPS, FedEx, USPS priority or express mail with tracking included at no additional charge. Purchases over $200 are also fully insured. If you have selected express shipping, please note that the jewelry still needs to be made before it is shipped!

Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to ship internationally! Please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Your jewelry will arrive individually packaged in Studio JmcG Jewelry boxes ready for gift giving and will include a personal thank you note. If you would like the note to include a short personal message, please leave a comment on your order or contact us after you order with your request.

Returns, Repairs & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

We want you to be thoroughly delighted with your new piece of Studio JmcG Jewelry!  Each piece of jewelry is hand fabricated by us upon order, items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.  Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Custom items and items that have been worn, used, altered or damaged may not be returned for refund or exchange.  Shipping costs will not be reimbursed on orders or returns. To return an item, please send us an email at that explains the reason for return.  This email must be sent within the 7 day return window. You will then be issued a return number. We must receive the jewelry within 14 days of delivery to process your credit, so please plan accordingly. The customer is also responsible for safe return shipping; Studio JmcG Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

What if my jewelry needs repair?

We stand by our work and are happy to provide care for our jewelry. Depending on the nature of the repair or alteration, a charge may apply. Please contact us with your inquiry and we will tell you how to proceed.

How do I care for my jewelry?

 We recommend keeping your sterling silver jewelry in a box or soft pouch when not being worn to prevent the metal from tarnishing. Silver jewelry will naturally darken (oxidize) over time when coming into contact with the chemicals in the air.  This patina can be removed with a jewelry polishing cloth.  Because chemicals in the skin can reverse the oxidization, frequent wearing of your jewelry can actually lighten a darker patina. Every piece of intentionally oxidized jewelry is sealed with a protective wax to help preserve the darker color.  To clean, wash with warm soapy water, rinse well and pat dry.  We recommend removing your jewelry when participating in activities such as showering, swimming, rock climbing, and gardening.
